KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd has announced that the company and its top executives have completed the full settlement of their compounds imposed by the Securities Commission.

       It said in a statement that the payment was made on May 9, 2022, for a total amount of RM16mil.

       "The company would also like to emphasise that operations are continuing as usual, with a focus on managing its creditors and the PN17 restructuring process," it said.

       As at 12.30pm, shares in Serba Dinamik were up three sen higher to nine sen on 291 million shares traded.

       The share has lost nearly 75% of its value since its trading suspension was lifted earlier this week.

       The company's warrants were up one sen or 50% to three sen per unit.
