KUALA LUMPUR: Konsortium Transnasional Bhd’s (KTB) wholly owned subsidiary Transnational Builder Sdn Bhd has won a contract worth RM26.44mil to build 59 units of shophouses in Perak.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, KTB said the contract, from United Allied Development Sdn Bhd, involves piling, building as well as both internal and external infrastructure works for the shophouses. The contract period is for 24 months from Dec 9, 2021 to Dec 8, 2023.
Moving forward, the bus operator expects the contract to contribute positively to the group’s earnings for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2021 onwards.
