       KUWAIT CITY, July 29: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has introduced a new electronic service for reporting counterfeit trademarks. This service allows users to report counterfeit brands through the ministry’s electronic trademark system at trademark. moci.gov.kw. The users can select the option to report a counterfeit trademark, complete the necessary details, and attach the required documents.

       Moreover, the ministry has streamlined the process for issuing a Certificate of Origin for exporting national products. The new service, accessible through the ministry’s electronic portal, allows users to upload the required documents for industrial licenses and export invoices
