THIS is the shocking moment a yob threatened Wetherspoons customers with a dagger during a terrifying knife rampage before being snared by cops.

       The knifeman had reportedly been wandering in and out of shops in Sewerby Bridge, West Yorkshire, threatening to stab people before storming into the pub late on Thursday.

       Footage shows him immediately confront the people working behind the bar after being given his marching orders from the crowded saloon.

       He steps back from the bar, brandishing the blade, snarling: ”Don’t ever start with me. Or I will f*** you and and your family. You c****.”

       The thug then turns to pick on another innocent bystander, a male customer sitting down at one of the tables.

       He eyeballs the man who has been watching the scene, and shouts: “Look at me like that again.”

       When the customer mutters something in reply, the knifeman flips off his hat, and continues to stalk around the bar, eyeing the other tables.

       After kicking the man’s hat in front of him, he heads towards another group of tables at the far end of the bar.

       When one man gets up to remonstrate with him, he is grabbed by the throat by the attacker who waves the knife in front of his face.

       The alarms then go off and security staff arrive just in time to see the trouble maker exit the door.

       He is then arrested by four police officers who pin him to the floor outside the pub.

       The yob screams abuse officers, shouting: “Taser me. Taser me you c****.”

       Asked where the knife is he replies: “Told you. It’s in my back pocket. The knife is in my back pocket.”

       Earlier, social media users reported the thug had been wandering around in the street, threatening to stab strangers.

       One girl said she sat terrified in her car as the yob threatened to knife her boyfriend inside a local Balti house.

       Inspector James Graham, of Calderdale District Police, said: “At 11.37pm on Thursday, police initially received a report of a man causing damage at premises in Wharf Street, Sowerby Bridge. Further reports received stated that the male had a knife and had made threats.

       "Officers were deployed and the male was arrested without further incident and taken into custody.

       "The suspect remains in custody for questioning whilst investigations continue. Victims and witnesses have also been spoken with.”
