       KUWAIT CITY, Aug 21: The Ministry of Health is studying the possibility of allowing the establishment of spring camps this year based on the current health situation, reports Al- Anba daily. The ministry also intends to lay down health protocols, which will be implemented upon the opening of facilities for children on Sept 1. The Cabinet had earlier instructed the ministry to study the possibility of allowing the establishment of spring camps this year depending on data about the health situation, as well as setting regulations for the opening of facilities that serve children.
