PETALING JAYA: Impiana Hotels Bhd has entered into a joint development agreement with Selo Group to develop its land and subsequently manage a private residence project which is slated to have a total gross development value of RM188.6mil.

       In a statement, the company said Sam？ja Selo on Tioman Island will be completed by 2023, and be available by invitation only from US$388, 000 (RM1.63mil) for hilltop lots and beach front lots from US$1.29mil (RM5.37mil).
