This service, available through the “Sahel” application, represents a vital step forward in streamlining processes and enhancing accessibility for citizens.

       The “Certificate of No Appeal” service enables applicants to easily access information about their cases where a preliminary ruling has been issued and no appeal has been lodged. Upon payment of the required fee, applicants can instantly generate a certificate confirming the absence of any appeals in their cases.

       Dr. Al-Wasmi’s announcement underscores the ministry’s commitment to leveraging digital platforms to improve service delivery and facilitate interactions with the justice system.
