The TikToker, posting under the name Dispart, shared a clip from the venue beside the Thames and claims the outdoor area was "infested" with mice.
She shared a picture of the famed lit-up igloos with the caption: "We were looking forward to our meal in these cute igloos in London".
But the video then shows footage of a number of mice running about under the table inside one of the igloos.
Writing over the skin-crawling clip reads: "The igloos were infested with mice.
"There were about six in each one, on the floor and on the seats too."
In the comments, the TikToker added: "Just to be clear - every igloo we saw had numerous mice in them.

Many rushed to respond that they had also encountered mice at the Tower Bridge Coppa Club.
One wrote: "Just had the same experience last week.
"The staff apologies (sic) but it wasn't until we complained that we got money off our bill."
A second chipped in: "I had the same experience and the food wasn't even that good."
And a third added: "Had the same experience."
But fans of the river-side spot took to the comments to defend the restaurant.
One said: "To be fair I've been to multiple bars/ restaurants in London with the same problem."
Another replied: "I went there a few years ago and it was lovely and no mice. Hopefully it was a one off."
A further user added: "But it's outside? Not much they can do about that lol."
The Sun Online has contacted Coppa Club Tower Bridge for a response.
