TWO brothers in Sibu were injured in a fight after the elder sibling was upset that the younger one was paid more despite working in the same company, Sin Chew Daily reported.

The older sibling, who is in his 30s, told police that he found out that his younger brother was paid more, and the two got into a verbal argument, which soon escalated into a full-blown fight.

The older brother was no match for his younger sibling and came out of the fight with injuries on his head and torso.

When he went to the Sibu district police headquarters to lodge a report, one of the officers on duty advised him to have a proper chat with his younger brother.

Fearing that his elderly mother would find out about the fight, the man eventually decided not to make a police report.

       > Two competing owners of renovation companies in China rammed their cars into each other’s following a dispute over one of them purportedly poaching the other’s employees, Sin Chew Daily reported. The incident took place in China’s Shaanxi province on Nov 19 where a 34-year-old, surnamed Guo and a 49-year-old known as Jin were filmed in a car chase scene on Zhengyang road.

Based on the video footage, they were seen repeatedly ramming into each other’s cars. Although their cars were badly damaged, none of them were injured.

Local police have detained Guo and Jin to assist with investigations.

       > Nineteen months after his cheating scandal and subsequent break-up with ex-girlfriend Grace Chow, Taiwanese superstar Show Lo has released a brand new music video to favourable reviews, Sin Chew Daily reported.

The 42-year-old uploaded the music video Trap Game on YouTube on Nov 20, which received positive reviews on social media.

The song bore the fast-tempo style of his earlier music, and featured explosive dance moves, which his fans love.

On April 23 last year, Chow, who is an Internet celebrity in China, made an explosive social media post accusing Lo of sleeping with other female artistes under his wing.

Lo has since made several public apologies for his behaviour but his fumbling attempts to win her back has come to naught.

The scandal was reported to have caused him to lose nearly TW$ 600 mil (RM87mil) in axed celebrity endorsement deals.
