KUALA LUMPUR: Favelle Favco Bhd has declared a first interim tax exempt dividend of 85.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending Dec 31, 2022.

       In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the crane manufacturer said the ex-date for the dividend would be on May 25 and payment on June 10.

       Favelle Favco declared a first and final tax-exempt dividend of 8 sen per ordinary shares totalling RM17.9mil in respect of the year ended Dec 31, 2020 was paid on Sept 2, 2021.

       The counter closed unchanged at RM2.58 with 95,500 shares traded. Year-to-date, it has risen some 7.5%.
