Beatrice is expecting her first child with Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, who is already a father to son Wolfie, in the autumn. The royal revealed she refers to her stepson as her "bonus son".

       Beatrice made the comments as she discussed her dyslexia and homeschooling Wolfie during the pandemic.

       She told HELLO!: "Homeschooling, that was definitely not my forte!

       "Not going to lie.

       "Sadly, I can't blame that on dyslexia.

       "But I've felt very lucky to have had the chance to work with my bonus son over the course of the school closures.

       "It was a huge learning curve for all of us."

       Wolfie is Edo's son from his previous relationship with his ex-fiancee Dara Huang.

       The four-year-old was Edo's best man at his and Beatrice's wedding last year.

       Beatrice and Edo are expecting their royal baby in the autumn.

       Buckingham Palace announced Beatrice's pregnancy in May.

       The palace said the couple were "very pleased" to be welcoming their first child.

       "The Queen has been informed and both families are delighted with the news," it added.

       Beatrice showed off her blossoming bump in a polka dot dress at Wimbledon in July.

       Her youngster sister Princess Eugenie gave birth to her first child, August, earlier this year.

       The sisters will be delighted to have their children so close together in age and to share the experience of being first-time mothers.

       Beatrice and Edo tied the knot in a secret lockdown wedding following a whirlwind romance.

       Their families have known one another for years but their romance sparked when they met again at Eugenie's wedding in 2018.
