The crowd audibly gasped while Bride Olivia Henson's veil blew in the wind in front of Chester Cathedral before her wedding to the Duke of Westminster.
It appeared to be a slight struggle to get Ms Henson's dress and veil - designed by Emma Victoria Payne - under control, however, the bride-to-be eventually walked into the church ahead of her wedding to Hugh Grosvenor, the Duke of Westminster.
Her dress featured a sweet nod to her family - an embroidery design which incorporated floral motifs and edgings from Ms Henson’s great-great-grandmother’s veil from around 1880 - and she finished off the ensemble with a pair of blue shoes.
She also wore the Faberge Myrtle Leaf Tiara made for Grosvenor brides to wear on their wedding day, which has been in the family since 1906.
Her bouquet was made of flowers picked from the gardens of the duke’s family home, Eaton Hall.

Before the bride arrived, the mother of the groom, Natalia Grosvenor, Duchess of Westminster, arrived wearing a pink dress and pink fascinator.
She walked into the cathedral with the groom’s three sisters, Lady Tamara Grosvenor, Lady Viola Grosvenor and Lady Edwina Grosvenor, to cheers from the crowds outside.
The Duke of Westminster arrived at the ceremony in a green Land Rover. He waved to crowds who were waiting in the streets outside the cathedral before greeting the Dean of Chester the Rev Dr Tim Stratford and going inside.
Prince William also attended the wedding, arriving before the bride and groom and pictured beaming in delight as he rushed in through a side entrance.
