RADICAL preacher Anjem Choudary is back to stirring up hate now he is free to speak out again.
The cleric, jailed in 2016 over his support for IS, has turned to the encrypted messaging service Telegram.

He is using it to try to drum up followers from Indonesia’s 225million-strong Muslim population.
Choudary, now free from a public speaking ban imposed under the terms of his 2018 release, has gathered 500 supporters there with posts on his thoughts about issues such as Sharia law.
He has also used the app to say the Taliban should impose a stricter form of Islamic justice — including stoning adulterers and chopping off the hands of thieves.
But experts say it shows the 54-year-old needs to be watched more closely.
Sam Armstrong, from the Henry Jackson Society, said: “Far from being deradicalised, this proves that Choudary is back up to his old tricks.
"That he’s doing so is not only dangerous but it also makes a mockery of the Government’s deradicalisation programmes.”
Choudary was jailed after his pledge of support for IS was shared by radicals in Indonesia.
