Richard, of Ladbroke Grove, West London, was found dead in Epping Forest, Essex, on April 5.
His mum Evidence Joel raised concerns about the police’s initial response.
The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) launched an investigation and said yesterday it had served misconduct notices on two officers.
Two staff members were similarly served in July.
In a statement, Ms Joel said yesterday: “Both Richard’s GP and I were dismissed by numerous officers and staff at the Metropolitan Police.”
