Tory leader Kemi Badenoch has issued a damning five-word verdict on Keir Starmer's plans to 'relaunch' the Labour government - after a rocky first few months in power.
The Prime Minister is set to lay out a 'plan for change' with milestones set in key policy areas to achieve the targets laid out in Labour’s manifesto, Downing Street has said.

The move comes after controversies including making the Winter Fuel Allowance means tested, changes to inheritance tax for farmers and the resignation of Transport Secretary Louise Haigh.
However the scheme has been slammed by Ms Badenoch, who claims in a five-word verdict that 'it is only the beginning' - before adding that there would 'be more resets to come.
In a statement, she wrote: "Keir Starmer is having to relaunch (yet again!) because Labour had no plan for government.

"His first six months will be remembered for freebie scandals, a calamitous budget, surrendering British territory, and now a cabinet minister resigning over fraud and lies.
"This is just the beginning…. there will be more resets to come."
'Missions' laid out in Labour's manifesto ahead of the July General Election focused on five policy areas: kickstart economic growth; make Britain a clean energy superpower; take back our streets; break down barriers to opportunity; and build an NHS fit for the future.
Ahead of revealing the details, Sir Keir said in a statement: “This plan for change is the most ambitious yet honest programme for government in a generation.
“Mission-led government does not mean picking milestones because they are easy or will happen anyway – it means relentlessly driving real improvements in the lives of working people.
