THIS modest two-bedroom flat has gone on the market for an eye-watering £1.5million despite needing a "freshening up".
The property, which is located in the millionaires' playground of Sandbanks in Poole, Dorset, shares the same price tag as a 12-bedroom country home Yorkshire.

It sits on the 'panhandle' of the peninsula and looks out over Poole Harbour to the front with the sandy beach and the sea behind it.
But the flat, called Utopia, was built in the late 1960s and the apartment has been in the same family for a number of years - and is due a revamp.
It is on Banks Road, a narrow strip with just a single row of properties - and the houses there demand a premium because they have the dual views.
The flat is on the second floor of a block of eight others and faces towards the second largest natural harbour in the world, which is regularly visited by superyachts.
The apartment has 1,106 sq ft of living space with a kitchen, living room, dining room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Outside there is parking for one car and a communal sun terrace with direct beach access.

Sandbanks beach is considered one of the best in Britain, with golden sands and breath-taking views, where visitors regularly flock in the summer.
Lewis Steadman, from Key Drummond, who are selling the apartment, said: "The views are incredible.
"From the lounge window you can see right the way from Poole Quay across to the end of the peninsula and Brownsea Island.
"There are also great views from the dining room and bedroom.
"In the summer, the harbour is full of kitesurfers, boats and you get the odd superyacht coming into the harbour. So the view is quite dynamic and continuously changing."
He added: "I think what makes this flat quite special is that you have the beach on your doorstep. You come out your front door, do a right turn and you on the beach, feet in the sand.
"Lots of the properties on that stretch of the peninsula are second homes, they are quite quiet at this time of year and you see them really light up in the summer.
"I think two out of the eight apartments in that building are full-time residents.

"The flat is a good space, it would benefit from a little bit of freshening up but it's spacious and all the principle rooms face the views."
