FRONTLINE workers who bought festival tickets have accused the organiser of delaying refunds when it was cancelled.
NHS, fire service and police staff and families paid ￡50 each for The Blue Light event, featuring three days of live music.

Dominic Flatters, the organiser, has issued an apology after complaints were made about his festival
They were told by organiser Dominic Flatters, 31, they would see tribute acts such as Born Jovi and The Kopycat Killers over the bank holiday weekend. But the site was never revealed, with a website saying only it was “somewhere in Hertfordshire”.
The festival was pulled three days before and punters were still waiting for refunds last night.
One nurse told The Sun: “We’ve been on the front line helping people and now it feels like we’ve been scammed.”
Marcus Rose, 40, of Foo Fighters tribute The Foos UK, said they were booked but dropped out when Mr Flatters allegedly stopped responding to calls and emails.
Marcus, of Bridgend, South Wales, said: “The festival never existed.”
Tickets were sold through online retailer TicketSource, which said it was up to Mr Flatters’ company, Even Nation, to refund customers.
He last night apologised to punters and claimed refunds were being processed.

He said: “This is not a scam. If it was a scam, it would be the worst in the world because it has cost me money. I never made any money out of the event.
“I am truly sorry the festival is not happening. Everyone will eventually be refunded.”
