KUALA LUMPUR: SCOMI GROUP BHD 's subsidiary Scomi Capital Sdn Bhd has entered into a memorandum of agreement with XAIR to collaborate on matters related to the suppy of power generation solutions and hybrid power generation system.

       In a bourse filing, the group said the parties will also collaborate on the export Xair DCR Generator and Xair SMARTGen Controller.

       The partnership will cover the domestic market of Malaysia on a project-to-project basis for the supply of gensets and other any other related system to Scomi Capital or its energy management business, as well as the exports markets of Pakistan, Cambodia and Myanmar.

       According to Scomi, the collaboration will leverage XAIR’s knowledge in the business of providing and manufacturing power generators and Scomi Capital’s expertise in the business of renewable energy management services.
