During 78-year-old Trump's latest speech to Congress, Trump spoke about his wife. However, as he called out, "The First Lady of the United States", Melania's lip was seen twitching as the camera panned to her.
Sharing the moment, one person wrote online: "Melania is doing that lip thing again."
