KUALA LUMPUR: A lorry went out of control and rammed into the ventilation system in a tunnel along Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra, causing part of it to collapse.

       City Traffic Investigation and Enforcement chief Asst Comm Sarifudin Mohd Salleh said the incident occurred on Saturday morning (Sept 11).

       "This caused part of it to fall down, which hit the lorry. The top part of a container the lorry was carrying was damaged.

       "The accident did not cause any injuries or affect other vehicles," he said.
