KUALA LUMPUR: The report on the review of the autopsy performed on 13-year-old Revnesh Kumar will be handed over to his parents on Wednesday (March 9), says Khairy Jamaluddin.
“The expert forensic panel has examined and re-examined the autopsy report by Hospital Serdang forensic specialist Dr Emizam Mohamadon and have come to a consensus.
“The report will be handed over to the parents at 2.30pm today,” the Health Minister said at a press conference in Parliament on Wednesday.
He said the five-member panel, headed by the nation’s chief forensic officer Datuk Dr Zahari Noor, conducted their review between 9am and 5pm at Hospital Serdang on Tuesday (March 8).
Revnesh died on Jan 16, eighteen days after receiving his first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
On March 4, Khairy, health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah and Dr Emizam met with Revnesh’s father Naresh Kumar Lachmenou and his mother Vijayarani Govindan to brief them on ongoing investigations into their son’s death.
