       Health Ministry asks departments to present recent achievements

       KUWAIT CITY, Aug 12: The Ministry of Health has requested that all its departments and sectors present their achievements from the past period to the ministry’s officials in the coming days. Sources informed Al Jarida that various sectors within the ministry are currently finalizing their achievement reports for the past 100 days. The Ministry is focused on continuing the objectives of the 100-day program, which is part of the government’s work program. This includes advancing health care, opening new health centers, enhancing infrastructure, and activating digital programs as part of a comprehensive plan.

       The Ministry of Health is actively working to implement the goals outlined in the 100-day plan. Recently, two new initiatives were launched: the opening of new clinics for pediatric dental care at the Al-Siddiq Health Center, and the inauguration of six dental service centers at Wafra, Abu Fatira, Al-Siddiq, Al-Mutlaa, and Al-Abdali centers. Additionally, the Jahra Specialized Center for Pediatric Dentistry was also opened.

       Over the past 100 days, the Ministry has achieved several milestones, including the opening of a new branch of the Medical Council in Jahra Governorate and the commencement of procedures for implementing a unified electronic technical file for drug registration. This initiative aims to ensure the quality, effectiveness, and safety of medicines and pharmaceutical preparations circulating in Kuwait.
