PETALING JAYA: Malaysia recorded 32,467 new Covid-19 cases on Thursday (March 3), says the Health Ministry.

       According to the ministry's CovidNow portal, 32,054 of the new Covid-19 infections in the country were local transmissions, while there were 413 imported cases.

       This brings the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 3,528,557 cases since the pandemic began.

       A total of 86 deaths were recorded on Thursday with 28 classified as being brought-in-dead, bringing the total to 33,028.
