NAGOYA -- A 14-year-old junior high school student in central Japan was rushed to hospital with cardio-respiratory arrest on the morning of Nov. 24 after another student reportedly stabbed him, authorities have announced.
A local fire department received an emergency call at around 8:10 a.m. from a junior high school in the Aichi Prefecture city of Yatomi saying that they needed an emergency dispatch "to the main gate of the school."
The Amananbu Firefighting Association reported that a 14-year-old boy had been sent to hospital with cardio-respiratory arrest. According to Aichi Prefectural Police, another student at the school stabbed the boy, and they are investigating the incident.
