PETALING JAYA: Firefighters have successfully located a group of lost hikers on Gunung Hitam, Hulu Langat.

       Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director (operations) Hafisham Mohd Noor, when contacted, said that the department was notified of the lost hikers, all aged 18 years old, at around 4.15pm on Sunday (Sept 5).

       The victims were contactable via phone and no injuries were reported.

       "Search and rescue works were then conducted. At around 1.51am today (Sept 6), all hikers were found safely," he said.
