WHILE the hotel industry has seen a rebound in activity this year, it may still be a while before the sector can match the highs that were recorded prior to the pandemic.

       Zerin Properties chief executive officer Previn Singhe says the hotel sector has witnessed a positive turnaround, with improving occupancy rates and average room rates across multiple destinations.
