CAPTAIN Tom's daughter has shared a Instagram post saying "don't judge" after being slammed over a spa complex.
Hannah Ingram-Moore, 52, and her husband Colin are currently embroiled in a long battle to save their spa after challenging an order to tear it down.

Hannah uploaded a cryptic post saying "Dogs don't judge"
The NHS fundraiser’s family got consent in 2021 for a Captain Tom Foundation Building in their home’s grounds in Bedfordshire.
But a retrospective application a year ago for a 50ft by 20ft building containing a spa pool was refused.
Hannah's appeal has come after locals blasted the ￡200,000 complex.
Now, Hannah has appeared to hit out at critics when she uploaded a cryptic post on Instagram that says "Dogs don't judge".

Sharing the photo on social media three days ago, the post was set to Queen's song "You're My Best Friend."
While the mum is yet to directly address the fury over her spa application, her post could be taken as her trying to brush off criticisms.
And in response to her post, one person commented: "Beautiful dogs. Hope you are all well. Ignore the trolls."
While another said: "You’re doing a brilliant job your father would be proud."

Hannah and Colin built the massive pool house equipped with changing rooms, toilets and showers.
The couple told planners they wanted an office for The Captain Tom Foundation at their ￡1.2million home.
In appeal documents, Colin Ingram-Moore called the building, on the site of a tennis court in Marston Moretaine, “no more overbearing” than what was approved.
Their appeal is due to be heard in a public showdown on October 17.
Council officials said the size and scale of the building has adversely impacted on neighbours.
Locals say they expect the appeal to be dropped.
One told The Sun: “It’s unbelievable they are still fighting to keep the pool.
“They must be aware of the huge anger across the country at what they have done.
“To keep going shows how much they must want that spa.”
Plans for the L-shaped building at the seven-bed mansion in Marston Moretaine were given the green light in 2021.
The couple had applied in their own names for planning — but used the foundation’s name in the design and access and heritage statement.
The statement claimed the building was to be used partly "in connection with The Captain Tom Foundation and its charitable objectives".
A subsequent 2022 retrospective application - which is sought after something has already been built - to extend the originally approved building to form a C-shape, containing a spa pool, was refused by the planning authority.

Sir Tom, who died in 2021 aged 100, raised ￡38.9million by walking 100 laps of his garden in lockdown.
Shortly before his death, Captain Tom, accompanied by his family, travelled to Barbados. Soon after he fell ill and was not seen in public again.
