PETALING JAYA: Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust (Pavilion-REIT) portfolio has announced a distributable income of RM67.6mil, or 2.21 sen per unit, for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022.

       This represented a two-fold increase from RM33.5mil in the corresponding quarter last year.

       During the quarter in review, Pavilion-REIT’s net property income increased 59.7% year-on-year (y-o-y) to RM94mil, while revenue rose 10% y-o-y to RM138.8mil.
