       KUWAIT CITY, Sept 9: The General Traffic Department (GTD) intends to launch a series of expanded traffic campaigns targeting vehicles with totally tinted windows, reports Al-Seyassah Daily quoting a security source. The source explained that the administration will withdraw the driving licenses of those who violate traffic regulations, indicating the department recorded a 100 percent increase in the number of cars with tinted windows.
