KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama) -- Integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services provider Heitech Padu Bhd has secured a contract from the Road Transport Department (RTD) worth RM36.25 million.

       In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the company said it has signed a letter of award (LoA) to provide RTD with maintenance and technical support for its ICT infrastructure as well as the vehicle and driver information system (mySIKAP).

       "The contract is from Sept 6, 2021 to Sept 30, 2022, and is expected to have positive effects on future earnings and earnings per share of HeiTech.

       "Nevertheless, the contract will have no material effect on the dividend policy, share capital and substantial shareholdings of the company for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2021,” it said.
