KUALA LUMPUR: City developer, SkyWorld Development Group (SkyWorld), has achieved two significant milestones with SkyAwani 3 Residences.
It successfully completed its affordable housing project in Setapak, and more significantly, the SkyBridge on the 52nd floor has been bestowed the title of “Highest Residential SkyBridge in Malaysia” by the Malaysia Book of Records (MBOR).
“We are not only providing a comfortable home, but also elevating the lifestyle of those residing here.
“With a strong commitment to quality and comprehensive facilities, our homebuyers will have an enjoyable experience at SkyAwani 3,” said SkyWorld chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng.
The SkyAwani 3 SkyBridge stands at 170.55m and is located on level 52 of the residences’ facilities floor.
The 550m sky bridge connects all three towers of SkyAwani, allowing residents an unobstructed, 360° view of the Kuala Lumpur city skyline.
Facilities include a jogging track, giant chessboard, outdoor fitness area and ample space for healthy social interaction.
MBOR chief marketing officer Jwan Heah congratulated the SkyWorld team for setting a new record for Malaysia’s Highest Residential SkyBridge.
He also commended the company for creating an affordable housing project with comprehensive facilities, outstanding facade and quality workmanship.
SkyAwani 3 Residences is a Residensi Wilayah Keluarga Malaysia project compliant with Qlassic workmanship.
It comprises 1,905 units and offers 24-hour, three-tiered security.
It boasts 22 recreational facilities such as a swimming pool with bubble jet jacuzzi, games room, full basketball court and gym.
The 800sq ft three-bedroom, two-bath units priced at RM300,000 were quickly snapped up as soon as they were launched.
SkyWorld fully supports the government’s initiative to provide one million units of affordable homes by 2029.
To date, SkyWorld has launched 6,236 units of affordable homes and is one of the biggest contributors to Residensi Wilayah Keluarga Malaysia.
According to Lee, the Awani Series is sought-after due to its good value, practical layout, quality workmanship and full-fledged condominium facilities.
SkyWorld is planning a sixth instalment of the series. It also plans to launch four projects in Kuala Lumpur this year – in Setapak, Cheras, Taman Melawati and Setiawangsa.
