BALIK PULAU: Jealousy may have been a possible motive behind the murder of a woman at a house in Teluk Kumbar on Saturday (April 2).

       Balik Pulau OCPD Supt Kamarul Rizal Jenal said police are not ruling out any angle in their investigation at the moment.

       It is learnt that one of the four people detained to assist in the investigation was the victim's boyfriend.

       It is believed that the 20-year-old woman may have been beaten to death after her boyfriend suspected her of having an affair with one of his friends.

       The couple from Kuala Lumpur came to the house, which belonged to their friend who was a Youtuber, to shoot a video.

       All four suspects, aged 23 to 28, are currently being remanded for seven days until April 11.
