CJP chairs meeting to reviews progress on judicial reforms

       ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi on Monday presided over a session attended by senior officials, stakeholders and officers of the Supreme Court to review progress on judicial reforms aimed at improving service delivery and expanding access to justice.

       The session was attended by the Supreme Court registrar, Muhammad Salim Khan; development expert Sher Shah; IT expert Humayun Zafar; Federal Judicial Academy Director General Hayat Ali Shah; Law, Justice Commission of Pakistan Secretary Syeda Tanzeela Sabahat; and section heads of the Supreme Court.

       The session focused on reviewing progress in key areas such as digitalisation, procedural efficiency, accountability, and transparency.

       The CJP commended collective efforts of the Supreme Court’s officers and stakeholders in driving transformative reforms.
