Police in Prince George’s County, Md., have arrested and charged four people, including two juveniles, with murder in a shooting in Oxon Hill on Thursday morning, police said.
Police identified Angel Amaya, 20, and Josue Torres, 22, both of the 1100 block of Marcy Avenue in Oxon Hill, as suspects. The two other suspects were not named because they are juveniles. All are charged with first- and second-degree murder and with additional crimes in the killing of John Cruz, 32, of Oxon Hill, police said. They are being held without bond at the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections.

Officers were dispatched about 1:50 a.m. to the 5500 block of Livingston Road after a shooting was reported, police said. They found Cruz in the driver’s seat of a car unresponsive and with gunshot wounds, police said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the shooting occurred during a robbery.
