THIS is the chilling moment a killer husband who murdered both of his partners shrugged as he was quizzed by cops.
Evil Ian Stewart, 61, killed his first wife Diane Stewart, 47, on the patio of the home they shared with their two sons in Bassingbourn, Cambs, back in 2010.

This is the creepy moment double murderer Ian Stewart simply shrugged a shoulder as he was asked about the death of his wife Diane 6
The mum-of-two died at the family home in Cambs back in 2010 - and doctors initially said she'd been killed by her mild epilepsy 6
However, forensic tests proved Stewart - pictured with partner Helen Bailey, who he murdered in 2017 - had likely strangled or suffocated Diane
In 2017, he was convicted of murdering his millionaire partner Helen Bailey, who was worth £4million.
The couple met in a Facebook bereavement group, which Stewart joined after Diane died.
The remains of the children's author were discovered in a cesspit full of human excrement alongside her beloved pet dog Boris in April 2016.
She had been drugged with sleeping medication before she was killed.
In a horror twist, it then emerged that Stewart had killed Diane too.
An inquest initially concluded Diane suffered a "sudden unexplained death through epilepsy".
KILLER SHRUGGED
But a suspicious pathologist found the death was most likely caused by "a prolonged restriction of her breathing from an outside source".
In a "stroke of fortune", Diane had donated her brain, with tests showing she was either suffocated or strangled in the hour before her death.
Footage has now been released of the moment Stewart carelessly shrugged as he was asked about Diane's death.
An officer asks: "Right - what was her cause of death?"
Stewart, who sits with his back against the wall, quickly moves his shoulders up as he replies: "Epilepsy. Well, that's what the doctors told me."
A second clip shows Stewart being asked what he did when Diane fell unconscious.
CHILLING FOOTAGE
He ignores a series of questions on if he did anything to bring her around, or whether he checked if she was breathing or not, simply rubbing his ear and looking away.
The detective then asks: "How did you check if she was breathing - if you did?"
Stewart shrugs again and plays with his beard.
He continues to ignore all the officer's questions.
In a final clip, he is asked ten questions in a row before replying: "No comment."
In court, however, he was far more loquacious, bursting into tears as he described finding his first wife "twisted" in the garden.
MURDERER'S TEARS
He said: "I just remember she was all twisted, her legs and arms were underneath her… it didn’t look natural or normal.
“I started to panic obviously. The first thing I did was try to put her into the recovery position.
“I knew because I had done quite a lot of first-aid, I had to get her into the recovery position and clear her mouth.”
He told jurors he'd been left "exhausted" by his efforts - and left her for up to five minutes while he visited a neighbour for help.
Only then did he call 999, telling the operator: "My wife has had a fit. I think she's died."
The court heard the couple had rowed the day before Diane died. He said: "We were very much in love, very happy. Very much so.

Scientists eventually discovered the chances of Diane dying from epilepsy were more than one in 100,000. The court was told she had not suffered a seizure for 18 years and it was an "extremely low" chance her "mild" epilepsy killed her.
Stewart is already serving a life sentence for murder.

The questions ignored by sick murderer
Ian Stewart ignored dozens of cops' questions about the death of his first wife during interview, including:
How long had you been with Diane before you rang the ambulance? Did you try to do anything to bring her around? Did you check whether she was breathing? How did you check if she was breathing, if you did? How long were you with her before you rang an ambulance? You said 'I went inside to get the cordless house phone'. But presumably you'd been with her before you rang the ambulance. Is that right? Where did you go once you had that phone? Were you inside the house when you made the call? Did you call 999 immediately? Did you do anything else first? You said 'I was instructed to perform CPR, which was chest compressions only'. Can you describe how you did those chest compressions? Have you had any training in doing CPR? Have you had an previous experience of CPR? You went inside and got the cordless phone and then you called 999. You were indoors, so did you stay inside from that time? How did you check if she was breathing? Can you describe how you put her in the recovery position? Can you tell us about Diane's epilepsy? What can you tell us about her condition? How severe was Diane's epilepsy? You said she hadn't had a fit for a long, long time - about 20 years. I think it was about 18 years from our research. Does that sound about right? Did you ever witness her have any other fits prior to that? If you hadn't witnessed it, what had Diane told you about her epilepsy? She was on regular medication. Is that right?
