KUALA LUMPUR: E.A.Technique (M) Bhd has triggered the criteria pursuant to Paragraphs 2.1 (a) and 2.1(e) of Practice Note No. 17 (PN17) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

       Bursa Securities, in a statement, said it would continue to monitor the progress of E.A.Technique in respect of its compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements.

       As at Feb 28, 2022, there are a total of 28 companies under PN17 and GN3 which represent 3.03% of the total number of 925 companies listed on the Main and ACE Markets of Bursa Securities.
