Keir Starmer was forced to cancel at the last minute after testing positive for Covid. The opposition is expected to question the PM on climate matters ahead of the COP26 summit which kicks off on Sunday after the UN issued a bleak warning over missed targets. They are also likely to mention the Queen's absence which was confirmed by Buckingham Palace on Tuesday.

       The news was a fresh blow to the PM who predicted the summit would be “very, very tough”.

       The Queen will miss the conference following recent advice from doctors who said she needs to rest.
