       KUWAIT CITY, April 13: The Ministry of Health has put in place a mechanism to pay cash for employee for the balance of annual leaves during service in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Civil Service Commission, reports Al-Jarida daily. This came in an administrative decision No 2014 for the year 2022, issued by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Mustafa Reda, and all that the employees have to do is fill a form and get it signed by the concerned official and the head of his/her department, and director of the administration or health zone official after verifying the data then sending the request to the public jobs and private contracts section In the administrative affairs sector.

       The administrative decision calls on the Administrative Affairs Authority to take the necessary action regarding the payment of the allowance after checking the data on the application and ensuring that all the conditions contained in the decision of the CSC are met.

       The decision stated that one of the conditions is that the employee should have worked in the government sector for not less than 5 years, and that the employee’s balance after disbursing the allowance should not be less than 30 days until the end of the calendar year, in addition to reviewing the last two performance reports. One of the conditions also states that the employee must have spent at the department in the ministry after being appointed or transferred at least two years prior and that the payment of cash allowance should be after the lapse of at least one year from the date of each decision to pay this allowance.
