KUALA LUMPUR: Reservoir Link Energy Bhd, which is listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, has proposed a transfer of listing to the Main Market, considering that it has met all the relevant requirements under equity guidelines of the Securities Commission and the Main Market listing requirements.

       In a statement issued yesterday, Reservoir Link executive director Thien Chiet Chai said the group qualifies to be on the Main Market after just over a year since its debut on the ACE Market.

       “This board is of the view that this proposed transfer is timely and beneficial to the group as it will enhance our corporate image, leading to greater recognition and confidence to clients, sub-contractors, business partners, bankers, employees and shareholders,” it said.
