KUALA LUMPUR: A suspected drunk driver has been nabbed after he crashed his car into a group of restaurant patrons.
Two people were seriously injured in the incident on Sunday.
The 57-year-old man lost control of his car, leading to a collision with another vehicle and eight customers at a dim sum restaurant on Jalan Klang Lama, said City Traffic Investigation and Enforcement chief Asst Comm Sarifudin Mohd Salleh.
Two pedestrians were also hit.
“Of those hit, two people suffered serious injuries. All have been sent to Hospital Kuala Lumpur.
