A 13-year-old boy at an Alexandria middle school was charged with abduction and attempted sexual battery after forcing a fellow student to their knees before pulling his own pants down, authorities said Thursday.

       On Oct. 6, a school resource officer at Carl Sandburg Middle School in Alexandria was notified that a 13-year-old boy told another student to get him a milk from the cafeteria, Fairfax County Police said in a statement.

       When the student refused, the 13-year-old forced the victim to their knees and began to pull his own pants down before a school official intervened, the statement said.

       The 13-year-old’s name was not released.

       Police said any juveniles who wish to report crimes can contact them at 703-691-2131 and that sexual harassment complaints may be filed online.
