A DAREDEVIL influencer slipped and plunged to her death while taking a selfie with friends at the edge of a waterfall.
Sofia Cheung, 32, plummeted 16ft off Tsing Dai stream near Yuen Long, Hong Kong on Saturday.

The Instagram star set off with three friends to enjoy a relaxing day at Ha Pak Lai, a scenic nature park, at around 11am.
Later that day, Sofia was taking photos on the edge of the waterfall when she lost her footing and tumbled into the 16ft-deep pool below.
Her friends called the emergency services and first responders quickly arrived at the scene.
The young woman was rushed to a Hong Kong hospital where she was declared dead on arrival.
The area of Ha Pak Lai, situated near Pineapple Mountain, is a popular spot for hikers, especially at sunset.
Sofia had a reputation of being a daredevil and shared pictures of her risky adventures scaling cliff edges and mountaintops on Instagram, where she had 6,000 followers.
Her Instagram page lists hiking, kayaking, exploring, outdoor activities, and photography as her main passions.
Her account is peppered with images of her standing over perilous drops and her biography says "life should be fun not dumb”.

She accompanied a photo of her kneeling on the shore with a yellow boogie board with the message: “Better days are coming. They are called Saturday and Sunday!”
Instagram user ‘Ellah_d_explorer’ commented: “I thought better days are coming with Saturday and Sunday? I will miss your chat every day. I love you always. Rest in peace my pretty Sofia.”
