       KUWAIT CITY, Aug 23, (Agencies): The Kuwaiti Embassy in the Netherlands recently issued an advisory, stating that travelers from Kuwait to the Netherlands must submit a negative PCR test result or a corona vaccination certificate without the need to undergo quarantine, reports Al-Jarida daily. In a press statement, the Embassy explained this step was taken after the Dutch health authorities on Thursday decided to put Kuwait under the ‘high-risk list’ instead of the ‘extremely dangerous’ list.
