       KUWAIT CITY, Dec 25:The Minister of Interior Sheikh Thamer Al-Ali issued a decision amending some provisions of Resolution 1976/81 in the Traffic Law, reports Al Anba. The amendments are:

       A request to renew driving license shall be submitted on a form within 30 days before the expiry of driving license.

       Proof of identity (Civil ID Card), Residence address

       A certificate of fines paid for traffic violations should be attached.

       For Expats, Proof of Residency must be provided

       Renewal of license will be granted after paying the prescribed fees.

       The Ministry of Interior said in a statement 421,131 driving licenses have been renewed, and 23,754 have been confiscated or replaced and received 1,320,026 dinars in the form of traffic fines
