PETALING JAYA: Boustead Holdings Bhd has appointed Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT) chief investment officer Muhammad Fitri Othman, 38, as an alternate director for LTAT’s chief executive officer Datuk Ahmad Nazim Abdul Rahman.

       In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the group said the appointment was part of its plan to enhance its board leadership.

       LTAT is the largest shareholder of Boustead, holding a 59.43% stake in the latter.
