Nusret G？k？e, the Turkish chef best known as Salt Bae from a viral online video, in September increased his Nusr-Et Steakhouse chain to Knightsbridge in London. The new restaurant in London will reportedly cost you an arm and a leg with his 24-carat gold leaf menu priced at more than ￡700 per dish.

       However, there has been a mixed response on TripAdvisor to Salt Bae’s expensive restaurant.

       Andyjacksonvienna commented: “Inferior food….and massively overhyped prices!

       “The steaks were barely edible, and the prices bring water to the eyes…I’ve had better kebabs in Knightsbridge for under ￡7.00!

       He added: “The whole experience was shocking!”

       Just45 commented: “This place is a joke, just a fad it won't last long unless people in London keep coughing up their hard earned money, steak was OK but that's it!

       “You can pay a lot less and eat a lot in London.”

       However, others disagree, meto191919 commented: “We went there to celebrate a special day in a special place.

       “The steak is to die for and the service was 10 out of 10.

       “It is worth to pay them a visit but book in advance.”

       Four years ago, Salt Bae became an internet sensation due to his stylish seasoning methods.

       Since the video was released in 2017, Salt Bae has gained over 38 million Instagram followers.

       Nusret G？k？e now has 15 restaurants around the world as part of his Nusr-Et Steakhouse chain.
