Explosions linked to electronic devices wounded thousands of people across Lebanon, leaving at least 12 people dead Tuesday and at least 25 dead in a second spate of blasts Wednesday. The militant group Hezbollah was the apparent target.

       Hezbollah officials blamed Israel for the suspected attacks. On Tuesday, pagers used by the group exploded. Additional electronic devices exploded Wednesday.
