       KUWAIT CITY, Aug 4: Do we have a parallel government which seeks to rupture the relationship between the state, the leaders and the people? For forty years we have been suffering and the sufferings increased with the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic when the state authorities began taking precautionary measures to combat the virus. The measures taken by the government were disturbing and have harmed citizens.

The situation force us to ask or rather make us believe that there is someone out there playing the ‘cat and mouse’ game while the citizens remain ‘captive’ of decisions which are taken in the name of protecting them.
