A boat has been parked near Sir Keir Starmer's house in an anti-ULEZ protest.
The vessel - named "HMS Toolmaker" - is covered with slogans claiming Labour will expand London Mayor Sadiq Khan's ULEZ.

It adds: "Tory pledge to scrap ULEZ and LTNs too little, too late."
Mr Khan sparked a backlash with his expansion of the ULEZ to outer London last August.

The Tories have promised to reverse the expansion if Rishi Sunak wins tomorrow's General Election.
The party last month said it would introduce legislation setting out a series of measures to back motorists.
They include scrapping the ULEZ expansion to outer London, as well as banning pay-per-mile road taxes and giving residents the right to referendums on Low Traffic Neighbourhoods (LTNs) and 20mph zones.
Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said: “We are the party on the side of drivers. That’s why we have a clear plan to keep motoring costs under control and ensure people have the freedom to drive as they need to lead their daily lives.
“We will empower drivers and local residents to challenge aggressive and punitive traffic-inducing measures, like LTNs that were imposed without local consent.

“That’s the clear choice in this election – between Labour who have launched a war on drivers in London and Wales, and our clear plan to give drivers the freedom they need to build a secure future for themselves and their children.”
The Backing Drivers Bill would be introduced in the first King’s Speech if the Conservatives stay in power.
Transport Secretary Mark Harper added: "We will continue to build on our clear plan for drivers and make sure they are supported in the face of Labour politicians desperate to tax them off the roads.
