PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s daily vaccination rate hit a new high on Thursday (July 22) with over half a million doses administered, says Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba (pic).
The Health Minister in a tweet on Friday (July 23) said that a total of 507,050 doses were administered the day before.
This includes 335,977 people who received their first jabs of the vaccine and 171,073 people who received their second dose.
This brings the total number of doses administered in the country is at 16,024,916, as of Thursday.
A total of 10,920,862 individuals have received their first dose while 5,104,054 have completed their inoculations.
